Fancy 80's

October 11, 2016

Outfit with oversized silk scarf

There is nothing new that I can say to you about mixing patterns or mixing textures. I can only say that this is one of my favorite stylings and simply because it makes me adventurous and daring.
In this look, besides mixing patterns, I also did texture mixing. As you see, I'm wearing a skirt made of jacquard fabric, a vintage tweed jacket (I'm keeping the shoulder pads), a silk scarf and calf hair booties. All these textures look sophisticated and judging by the style of this garments, you know I'm channeling an 80's inspired look.

WHAT I WORE:
Skirt: Loft /Jacket: Valentino (vintage 80's). Similar/Top: Reformation. Similar/Scarf: H&M. Similar/Sunglasses: Chanel (vintage). Similar/Boots: Stuart Weitzman. Similar.
