So, what are the hot prints to wear right now? To me, it's anything that is reminiscent of retro times, specially the 1970's. I personally love prints, therefore, I'm always looking for a neat print to pair with my wardrobe.
Today, the print I'm wearing is paisley. This is the perfect print if you want to bring a 70's edge to your wardrobe, especially when it's worn with leather or denim. It can also be paired with different patterns, such as polka dots, stripes or even with other types of florals, for an eclectic one-of-the-kind look.
This Fall, I'm still loving the 70's retro-inspired trend, therefore, you will see that several of my outfits have that vibe.
WHAT I WORE:
Blouse: Vintage. Similar/Skirt: Lee (vintage). Similar/Boots: Kurt Geiger/Bag: Vintage. Similar/Sunglasses: Tom Ford/Liberty gold pendant: Antique. Similar/Bracelet: Vintage. Similar.
The blouse that I'm wearing today is vintage (reminded me of Alexander McQueen's). I love the red and black combo and, of course, the necktie. This is a 70's librarian style blouse that I knew could look great paired with an a-line skirt. I chose denim because I wanted to give this look a casual feel and again, I wore my platform boots in order to give the innocent librarian look a wild touch. I guess you already noticed that I'm wearing these boots very often. These boots are the perfect acquisition to bring some edge to my wardrobe and also to keep it current and fresh.
THANKS FOR VISITING!
