Revamping Old Pieces

I believe everyone has some type of strategy on how to revamp their wardrobe every season. I personally thought by purchasing a pair of classic ankle boots I would revamp mine, and I certainly did!!! For example yesterday, I walked in to my closet and started looking for old purchases in order to come up with a fun look. So, I ended up with these two pieces (coat by Zara and dress by Missoni for Target) that, by the way, many of you will recognize right away. They both make a strong statement and that's when my ankle boots came along like icing on the cake, by adding a simple touch and updating it.

Creo que todo el mundo tiene algún tipo de estrategia en la forma de renovar su armario cada temporada. Yo personalmente pensé que comprando un par de botines clásicos iba a modernizar el mío, y ciertamente lo hice !!! El día de ayer, me dirigí a mi armario y empecé a buscar compras antiguas con el fin de ponerme algo divertido. Así que terminé con estas dos piezas (vestido de Missoni para Target y abrigo de Zara) que muchos de ustedes serán capaces de identificar de inmediato. Ambas tienen una impresión fuerte y por eso mis botines quedaron perfectos añadiéndoles un toque sencillo y al mismo tiempo actualizándolos.
