Wearing To Work Double Denim With A Touch Of Leopard

September 2, 2018

On my previous post, I used animal print to create a mixed-pattern look. The ensemble had bold prints that were toned down (just a little) with a solid colored t-shirt. That look was a maximalist way to wear wild prints that I wear when I feel more adventurous than usual.
Today, for "Monday Work Outfit", I'm showing you a look with almost the opposite styling and yet enhanced by an animal print. The same way I used a solid print to break or tone down patterns of my last outfit, on this outfit I used a small leopard detail to break up the monotony of my double-denim outfit. This look is perfect for a casual work environment and also for the gals that want to start experimenting with wild prints, but they aren't yet brave enough to do it on larger scales. In my opinion, animal prints in small doses can also give us a strong statement, mainly when styled with solid colors only.

Before I move to my outfits details, I want to thank all my Instagram followers that commented, emailed me and messaged me their condolences. I really appreciate your kind words. My father-in-law was a great man and he will be missed dearly. He lived a great life, 85 years to be exact. A big thanks to all from husband and I.
